The UPC LACAN groups and GANA / DCA IUSIANI ULPGC in Vall de Nuria held from 20 to 22 January 2003, the Second Conference on Numerical Methods in Applied Sciences and Engineering. In those days members of both groups presented in different sessions the work done to date in order to show the issues for discussion and debate.
The meeting was viewed positively by both groups from all points of view. From a personal point of view, it has allowed the two groups to get know better, which can result in better coordination of the project. Scientifically, it allowed for a precise knowledge of the current status of the work of each group concerning the coordinated project, and has resulted in concrete actions of cooperation in the field of solving systems of equations, Generations dimensional meshes and modeling of transport pollutants in the atmosphere. |
